Delivery, Installation & Cancellations
Installation is included as standard with every reformer. After placing your order, you will be contacted within 3 working days to arrange your delivery. We aim to deliver your reformer within 7 working days. Delivery is carried out by a specialist two-person team and can be installed in a room of your choice. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time. If a confirmed delivery slot is missed, a £100 redelivery fee will apply. Certain postcodes incur a delivery surcharge due to courier and access costs, including AB31–38, HS, IV, KW, PA20–78, PH19–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE. Customers in these areas will be contacted prior to dispatch to confirm any additional charges.

Every reformer comes with a 1-year warranty. If any part breaks that isn't down to normal wear and tear, we'll send a replacement part and get it fixed.
