Our experienced delivery team will assemble your reformer in the room of your choice. The on-demand platform walks you step-by-step through folding, unfolding and adjusting the machine to suit your body—designed for simple, quick assembly and storage. Please note the reformer is heavy and may require some strength and the correct form to fold safely; it’s not suitable for anyone with back issues to lift without guidance. We recommend following the “How to Fold” video on our platform (or saving questions for your one-to-one discovery call) to ensure proper technique. We recommend using a soft cloth and wiping down the fabric with a natural cleaning spray after every use and the railings every week. We do not recommend that you get the springs wet.  Avoid using harsh chemicals.
