Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery at the agreed time. If a confirmed slot is missed, a £100 redelivery fee will apply.

Currently within the UK. Certain postcodes (AB31–38, HS, IV, KW, PA20–78, PH19–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE) incur a delivery surcharge due to courier and access costs — we'll confirm this with you before dispatch if it applies.

Our experienced delivery team will assemble your reformer in the room of your choice. The on-demand platform then walks you step-by-step through folding, unfolding and adjusting the machine to suit your body — designed for simple, quick assembly and storage. The reformer is heavy, so folding it safely takes some strength and the correct technique; we recommend guidance rather than lifting alone if you have back issues. Unfolded, the reformer measures 240cm × 64cm, so we'd recommend a clear floor space of around 2.5m × 1m to move comfortably. Folded, it's just 122cm × 63cm and stores easily against a wall.

We recommend wiping down the fabric with a soft cloth and a natural cleaning spray after every use, and the railings every week. Avoid getting the springs wet, and steer clear of harsh chemicals.

Every reformer comes with a 1-year warranty. If any part breaks that isn't down to normal wear and tear, we'll send you a replacement part and get it fixed — just email hello@thereformer.co.
