Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging and condition. A £100 fee will be charged for return pickups. If your product has a fault, please notify us within 14 days, and we will arrange a technician visit to repair or replace any necessary parts. If repairs are not possible, we will replace the machine free of charge. Full refunds (minus the £100 return fee) are available upon request, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and condition.

We ship across the UK with delivery scheduled for the end of September. Exact delivery dates will be confirmed at the beginning of September. You’ll receive tracking information once your reformer has been dispatched.

Our reformers come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or misuse.
